Alright, folks — just when you thought BLACKPINK had done it all, they jump (pun intended) right back onto the charts like, “Surprise, we’re still ruling the world!”
Their latest bop “JUMP” is out here making history. It just landed at #95 on the Billboard Hot 100 — for the 10th week in a row. That’s two and a half months of chart domination, and no, they’re not slowing down. These girls didn’t come to play — they came to conquer.
Let me remind you: this song dropped back in July and still refuses to leave the party. It originally debuted at #28, making it BLACKPINK’s 10th Hot 100 entry, which, by the way, is the most ever for any K-pop girl group. Legends only.
And if you’re wondering, “Did they beat their own record with this?” Oh, absolutely. Their previous longest-running hit was “Ice Cream”, which stayed on the chart for 8 weeks. “JUMP” just said, hold my mic.
Forbes even jumped in (again, pun fully intended) and basically said:
“Yeah, BLACKPINK is one of the most successful K-pop acts in U.S. history, and they keep smashing records like it’s a hobby.”
(Okay, that’s paraphrased. But you get the vibe.)
And the Billboard Hot 100 isn’t the only chart they’re running laps on.
- Billboard Global 200? Yep, still there after 10 weeks.
- Billboard Global (Excl. U.S)? Also crushing it.
- UK Official Singles Chart? Entered at #18 — their highest ever — and stuck around for 9 weeks.
- Spotify Global Chart? 11 weeks and counting. Basically, your playlists belong to BLACKPINK now.
Bottom line?
BLACKPINK isn’t just in your area — they’re on your charts, in your playlists, on your TV, and possibly in your dreams.
At this point, they’re not just breaking records…
They’re casually redecorating the Billboard charts and making history look easy.
Someone better start building them a wing in the Hall of Fame — or at least a really shiny shelf for all these accomplishments.
